What is included in brand and identity?
A brand identity project with Create Circus is scoped to what your business actually needs — not a fixed package that includes things you'll never use. At the core, every engagement covers brand strategy and positioning, logo and icon system design, typography, colour architecture, and brand guidelines. Depending on your scope, we also work across naming, packaging design, social templates, art direction for web and e-commerce, and production-ready asset delivery. We can lead a full rebrand from strategy to final files, or focus on a specific part of the identity that needs strengthening. We'll define the scope clearly in discovery so you know exactly what you're getting before we start.
Do you design bilingual brand identities in Arabic and English?
Yes. For brands operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC, we design bilingual identity systems that work in both English and Arabic — including Arabic logotype variants, RTL-ready layouts, and Arabic typography selection that aligns with the brand's visual character. Bilingual identity isn't a translation exercise — it requires separate typographic decisions, spatial thinking, and cultural awareness in both directions. We treat both language versions as primary, not as afterthoughts.
Do you offer retainers for ongoing brand work?
Yes. After a brand identity is delivered, some clients choose to stay with us on a monthly retainer for ongoing brand application — new campaign creative, social templates, packaging extensions, pitch decks, and other assets that need to stay on-brand as the business grows. Retainers are scoped individually based on your output needs. If you'd like ongoing design support without the overhead of an in-house hire, it's worth discussing during the project.
How long does a branding project take?
Every branding project is different, so we scope timelines individually rather than quoting ranges that rarely reflect reality. What shapes duration most is the depth of strategy work, the complexity of the visual system, and how many rounds of refinement the project requires. We'll map out a realistic schedule during the discovery phase and commit to it — so you know exactly what to expect before anything begins.
How do you handle payments and invoices?
We invoice in USD or AED depending on your preference. Projects are structured with a deposit to start and a final payment on delivery, with milestone payments built into longer engagements. All invoices are clear, itemised, and sent promptly. No surprise charges, no scope additions without a conversation first.
