Some partnerships don't fit a standard plan — multiple brands, larger creative volumes, or a scope that spans strategy through to full production.

What makes this different

A retainer with us is not a support queue.

Most agency retainers are a polite way of saying "we'll respond to tickets and fix broken things." The work is reactive, the quality drops after the project wraps, and the senior people you met during the pitch are nowhere to be seen six months in.

That's not how we work.

Every Studio Partnership at Create Circus is led by a senior member of our team — the same people who designed your brand or built your website, not someone it was handed to once you signed. The standard doesn't change between a project and a retainer. The attention doesn't either.

We treat your brand as a living thing that needs consistent, considered creative input to stay strong. Not a box to be ticked each month, but a body of work we're genuinely proud to keep building.

FAQs
Do I need to have worked with Create Circus before?

No — though it's common, because the first month moves faster when we already know your brand. If you're new to us, we build in a focused brand immersion at the start: we review your existing assets, guidelines, voice, and goals before the regular monthly rhythm begins. This is included in the first month, not charged separately.

What happens to unused design hours?

On the Essentials plan, unused hours carry over for one month. On Growth and Partner plans, hours are scoped and planned at the start of each month so they're used with intention — not banked and forgotten. If we're running ahead of plan, we flag it early and find the best use of the remaining time before the month closes. In practice, this is rare: we plan each month to be full and purposeful.

Can I change plans after I start?

Yes, with 30 days' notice. Most clients start on Essentials or Growth and move up as the work compounds. We'll tell you honestly if we think a different plan would serve you better — we'd rather you're on the right engagement than locked into the wrong one for the sake of a higher monthly invoice.

What's the minimum commitment, and why?

Essentials and Growth run a 3-month minimum. Partner runs 6 months. The reason is simple: the best creative work builds on itself. One month gives you a deliverable. Three months gives you a direction. Six months gives you a brand that's visibly, measurably stronger than when you started. After the minimum, contracts roll monthly with 30 days' notice to end.

How does billing work?

Plans are invoiced on the 1st of each month, due within 7 days, billed in advance. We accept bank transfer and card. For clients who commit to 6 or 12 months upfront, we offer a 5% discount — mention this when you get in touch and we'll apply it to your agreement.

Do you work with brands based outside the UAE?

Yes. A significant portion of our Studio Partnership clients are based in the UK, Europe, and across the GCC. We're set up for remote collaboration — all project communication runs through a shared workspace, and monthly review calls work across time zones without friction.
